False advertising

Dis-Chem's latest catalogue advertised protex soap "value pack" for R15.95 and show a picture of 2 bars of soap. When I arrived at their Overport branch they claimed that the value pack is just 1 bar of soap with 50 extra grams . I asked for the manager as I was not happy with this answer and not the only disgruntled customer. The manager agreed that the advert looked like the pack meant 2 bars of soap but there was nothing he could do. He didn't even care when I said I would take it further as it is false advertising. Using this type of tactic they got me into there shop and I spent R265 that I would never have spent there but for the advert.
