False advertising

I have been to a few Dis-chem they have advertised a tummy mat for babies and not one dis-chem has one in stock JHB and PTA they have not received any. They send out pamphlets before stock comes out as per one of the managers. Asking them what I must do they tell me they don't know. I also asked to apply for a baby bag to get told baby must be less than 6 weeks. Bad service and false advertising.
