Fail to load prescription medication correctly

I don’t understand how Dis-Chem branches don’t communicate with each other and why they fail to load prescription medication wrong. I handed in my 6 month prescription in March 2020 When I phoned one branch To collect my prescription everything seem to be in order however with the new Covid Rules the branch is constantly full. I went to a different branch and they couldn’t even pick up my prescription. Going forward I will only support small local businesses as Dis-Chem system is to big to handle.
