F##### Terrible Service

Dear Sir. I wish to bring too your attention the following. I am totally disgruntled at the lack of customer service at your Dischem Valley View branch. I have a monthly repeat script which I collect at your Dispensary collection point. It has become an absolute displeasure in collecting this, even though i am notified that it is ready for collection. I land up waiting in a queue every time as there is only one attendant who is making up a scripts. I am on a time line 1-2pm, hence why I pre-plan my collections. The staff as well as your dispensary manager show no interest when I mentioned my pure frustrations, the Midrand head office customer service is no better. Dischem obviously feels it has the monopoly in the pharmacy field and to hell with the customer that actually supports them. I will be taking my business elsewhere where customer service comes first and not money.
