extremely tiring

I wish medical aids would use accurate pharmacies I had to create an order online for delivery which would be my 3rd for just next month it is for 2nd time I confirm an order for chronic meds only to find out that it is self payment I have chosen delivery cause I am tired of going to Jabulani Mall and I am sure they are tired of me worse part I don't have a fight in me would just cry now because I am done will see if the one I ordered on line is delivered correct contents.
