Extremely rude floor assistant.

Was today totally shocked and highly disappointed by the way one of their floor assistants treated my mom. He was extremely rude and arrogant when she asked for a prize confirmation on a product. He said he refused to speak afrikaans as she should be the one who should be able to speak his language. It was a simple yes or no question. I scolded him and say his got no way to give me or my mom such rude service as we are the clients. He then waited outside the parking lot and took photos of our vehicle and number plate without our permission.
