Extremely rude cosmetics staff Norma

This morning on Friday the 16th I went to dischem in kollonade mall to get a sunscreen I read about, when I got to the store I opened the lid of the bottle and Norma one of the staff by cosmetic products told me that I shouldn’t open as it’s not a tester. I put it back however she continued saying I’m not allowed to touch things and she told other staff that she’s telling me to leave the products. I decided to leave the product and go get something else, however Norma continued to torment me telling me how I will get arrested on a Friday for touching their products, I ignored her but she continued saying she will get me arrested until I was in another isle and could not hear her anymore. How are we supposed to shop for our cosmetics when there’s staff like Norma who treat customers like they are trash and not there to bring business? I did not buy the sunscreen because of her. Why would she threaten me as of o was *****ing or o was not there to purchase. Please deal with this matter.
