Extremely poor customer service / no management

Went to your branch in mall @ carnival . The price on the shelf for the buchulife gel was R40 on the shelf . When we got to the till it scanned R169 . I told the cashier that is incorrect. She asked me to show her where I got it from. I took her to the shelf and gave her the label she just said wait for me and disappeared. I waited more than 10 minutes as apparently they couldn’t get hold of a manager. Eventually a supervisor came, didn’t greet or acknowledged me, she just did the transaction and left . There is always a pricing issue in this store. Is my money not good enough for the new Dischem???
