Extremely frustrating and awful service
I am disgusted with the service received from Dischem. They short supp**** me with medication twice in 3 months. They called me today but i could not take the call, i then received a mail with no apology and with quite a condescending tone. I suffer from Chronic pain and will not have medication for tomorrow, even though i paid for the medication. I am going to take this matter to whom oversees the Pharmacy groups.

20 Oct 2020, 16:12Today my view of Dischem was changed by a lady named of Monica from Dischem. I must say Monica assisted me until my issue was resolved and my medication was delivered. I believe that people do make mistakes. however if they take the time to rectify the mistake as Monica did today that makes them valuable to their company. Thank you Monica i really appreciate all your help.
