Extremely frustrated with Dischem online shopping

Extremely frustrated that almost every time I order online from Dischem, items are out of stock! Online blames the store and the store blames online. I get issued with an online credit. To use for what?!?! The stock you don't have?!?! I then have to beg to get the funds reversed to my bank account and be out of pocket while I need to source the items elsewhere. A lot can be learned from highly criticized e-commerce companies such as Temu and Shein when it comes to efficiency and service! How are we supposed to keep supporting companies that just do not care about delivering because they are big and don't care about individuals?!?! Dischem has learnt absolutely nothing from their past mistakes!
