EXTREMELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DISCHEM

I went to purchase pampers premium nappies today at Dischem in Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth. The nappies are on special 2 for R390. When I get to the till I’m told I don’t qualify for the special as you can’t mix the products ( pants and normal) you have to choose one variant. I was shocked and asked they I can’t mix as the adverti*****t does not specify that you can’t mix the two. Bare in mind this is something I do every month. I was initially assisted by a “Mhlanguli” who failed to see my reasoning and decided to get his superior which is Shane O’bray. Shane was a horrible. He was on the defence the entire time and started raising his voice at me. He was also extremely patronising. No level of maturity or customer service. He is extremely *********** at his job. I bet you if I was a white customer, I would have been addressed in a way paying customers are treated. I was treated horribly at your store and i will make sure I take this to the highest possible point possible and across ALL social media. Sies! Absolutely appalled and disgusted!
