Extremely disgusted VIP customer
I have been a customer at Dischem Mall of the South for many years. A few months ago I was served by Nathan Kamee, a personal assistant who gave me 60 tablets short of my medication and was drunk on duty. I called in and then denied he was drunk and the driver delivered my remaining meds.
On the 2020/08/07 I went in again as usual to get my monthly medication with a new prescription with added on medications. I was assisted once again by Nathan Kamee. 2 tablets, both schedule 5 were given to me but 1 wasn't as he forgot to give it to me as I noticed a few days later when I needed them. It was a schedule 5. The other he gave me. No personal assistant should be giving out schedule 5 meds and nobody came to sign permission to give either to me. The driver eventually delivered the meds on the day I called.
On the 18th August 2020 someone went to collect my monthly medication. Once again the 2 schedule 5 meds was left out. I called in and they transferred me to Leon Van Vuuren. He became extremely rude and in the middle of our conversation said goodbye, have a nice day.. I said you're shutting me up and putting the phone down? He laughed and said you're calling us ***** and if you don't like us, we don't make mistakes, Nathan doesn't ever, then go find another chemist. He too has given me 10mgs instead of 20mgs once. You're dealing with medication! It's a seroius matter!
My family of 9 spend thousands at this pharmacy, have issues there monthly, ignore them and this is how we're treated?
I have no respect for Leon who shuts a customer up, kicks them out "his" pharmacy and calls them a ****, making a personal assistant give out schedule 5 medication.
I await a call or response or both ASAP INCLUDING AN APOLOGY FROM LEON AND NATHAN!
