Extremely Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism

I’m deeply disappointed with the service I’ve received from the nurses at Dis-Chem’s clinic. As a first-time mom, I expected professionalism, support, and care, especially when it comes to my two-month-old baby’s vaccinations. Instead, I’ve consistently encountered rude nurses with horrible attitudes.

What’s even more concerning is that they don’t wash their hands or sanitize before working with my baby. This lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare setting.

On top of that, I was denied the support of my mom during the appointment, which I needed as a new mom navigating this journey. The first time this happened, Dis-Chem emailed me an apology, assuring me it would never happen again. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.

The nurses make me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, with no respect for people of color. To add to the frustration, even though we made an appointment, we were still made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time before being helped.

Dis-Chem, this level of service is completely unacceptable, and I hope you take serious steps to address these issues immediately.
