Extremely bad customer service at dischem Canal Walk

I was at Dis-chem Canal walk now and it was the worse experience I ever had. ****in bad customer service . Pathetic management. I wanted to buy a pack of huggies and tin of formula milk. The huggies on the shelves had one price point stating it is R199,99. Only one price point. When I get by the till points,it scanned R250 and they state its already on promotion but no promotion market was even on. How ever the supervisor went with me to the shelve and just removed the R199,99 price point and explained one side to the manager about what happened now. He just came and refused to override the price as he can do that. When I asked for head office contact details ,he told me I can get it on the website and refused to give it to me. When I was walking out, he told the supervisor to give it to me and I was thinking ,what the hell. You just refused to give it to me and now asking the supervisor to give to me. Really I don't know how that manger got into management.
