Extra Mile

I ordered via the Delivery App however my order got canceled with no communication. I called the customer care line only for me to be transfered to the branch I ordered from which is Wonderpark. I got to speak to the manager Mark and he apologized for the canceled order and gave me alternative options to choose from and had it delivered at my home within a space of 30 minutes. What started off bad ended up great because of a Manager who went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
