Exploitation of employees

Dischem Pharmacy in Kimberely- Northern Cape is the worst. It's so bad that Head office does not care about their employees. Employees are not getting payslips, timesheet are not being calculated correctly and overtime is not being calculated. At this present moment there is no person to replace the previous *********** admin that left for a different store to do salaries. Therefore meaning that the staff will not be paid at the end of the month. One would that a businesses like that would first replace the employee before she/he leave. So that work can continue.

Is this not exploitation and the 3 manager could not care because their salaries is being paid from Head office. Why is big businesses doing this to there employees.
