Expired Medication from Dis-chem

On the 14th of April 2019 my husband went to Dis-chem Ballito Junction to get a month supply of epilim crushable tablets for my two year old son. They only had enough supply for about two weeks of which my husband said he would take it since we were on holiday and only returning to Johannesburg two days later. Later that evening I had a look at the box of meds after we had given them to my son, only to discover it had expired in March 2017. TWO YEARS AGO. (Never do I check expiry dates of medication from a "REPUTABLE" company such as Dis-chem I went back to the Dis-chem the very next day, absolutely disgusted and beyond livid. Spoke to the manager and the pharmacist who assisted my husband. Dispenser: O Mothi-PA He then rep**** by saying that both himself and my husband checked the medication. No remorse, no responsibility taken, no apology!!!!!! Where has the service in this country gone to??? We were given two year old expired medication for our son and our response from the pharmacist is: "Your husband and I checked it together" Who is the pharmacist and who is the customer?
