EXPETIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just wanted to comment on one specific lady, Katlego Nkwale from Dischem Nicol way. She mastered the concept of customer services. That lady deserves an employee of the year award. I don't know her personally but the help I've received from her thus far EXEPTIONAL!
