Exchange policy

Went into Dischem Cornubia to exchange a NEUROBION purchased yesterday from la lucia branch and was told i have to take it back to the same store , what utter nonsense this is not a schedule drug but a vitamin. How can a customer go back to the store they bought it from what if it was bought in gauteng or cape town , must the cust take a flight to do the credit or exchange .
