Exchange of an item

<p>We bought an incorrect packet of pampers active baby nappies for our little girl. As all the sizes were not packed correctly. Instead of getting a no 5 we took a 4+ packet. Yesterday when we wanted to go swap the packet it was said that it is not a Dis-Chem product. Even tho it is sold there no assistance was given in the matter. Very pathetic service along with illmannered staff. </p>
