Exceptionally bad service to chronic patients on Altzheimer's medition

Irequested a repeat of chronic medication - Donacept and Bonina for my mother being 83 living in a retirement village and unable to go to Dischem Valley view in person and get the medicaiton due to having Altzheimers. I paid via EFT on 31 May for the medication. Dischme valleyview could see that that the payment was made but refused to deliver the medication to my mother's returement village. Their reasoning was that the Head Office could not see the payment reflecting on their bank statements (Profile number at Dischem 989 - mother JA Dyssel, main member CE Dyssel)
