So, Hello Peter.. ****it... what an effort to get the relevant Company / Business Name and NO pharmacy / Medical option category...!!!

Anyway Here goes!! I have a rather complex Prescription Management problem between 2 people, as well as Chronic / Acute medication need. Furthermore as I am travelling out of SA for 6 months and being medically insured through Discovery as with any other Medical aid, many hoops to go through to get it right...!!! There are a number of rather helpful Pharmacists available and helpful at Balliyo Lifestyle Dispensary, however ONE.pharmacist needs mentioning... Megan Lake ... who has been INCREDIBLE!!! Seriously, someone, who despite the busy nature of being at a counter and confronted with 1 after the other customer has been able to juggle my rather DEMANDING situations. She is: 1. On the ball 2. Recommends alternative Generic meds to save me HUGE co payments 3. Memory of all my 9 different drugs, and 11 pertaining to my daughter!! Quite a feat. 4. Courteous, continually calling me Mrs Edwards... which formality I HATE.. hopefully she will manage to get over the mandatory S.O.P.s and call me by my NAME :) 5. HIGHLY efficient 6. Very FAST... 7. Always had my and my daughter's meds prepared in DOUBLE QUICK.time and ready for collection to accommodate any time constraints I have put on her... THANK you MEGAN!! 8. Dealt with Medical Aid.. that can be somewhat time consuming...to say the VERY least...AGAIN... THANK you MEGAN AND LASTLY, 9. GOING THE EXTRA MILE!!!!
