I would like to share my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible service I consistently receive at Dis-Chem Cornubia mall, but specifically to highlight the outstanding assistance of Xola Masondo.

While the entire staff is always friendly and helpful, Xola truly went the extra mile for me during my recent visit. I had run out of medical aid funds and was stressed about how to pay for what I needed. Xola took the time and showed immense patience in helping me navigate the Discovery app. She guided me through the process of unlocking and utilizing my Discovery savings, something I honestly didn’t even know was an option!

She didn’t have to sit with me and figure it out, but she chose to. Her willingness to help me navigate the technology meant that I could access the necessary funds to get my essentials.
