The manager Portia makes sure she connects with all her clients even during the most busiest days. she has demonstrated the ability to work under pressure. i was very impressed by the fact that she saw me in the mist of the crowd and delegated one of the staff members to attend to me while she was busy with another customer. well-done Portia for the excellent service and noticing all your customers.
