Exceptional Service

I would like to commend Moleboheng Mojela for the exceptional service she provided during my recent visit to the Cape Gate store. Moleboheng was incredibly friendly, humble and genuinely committed to assisting me. What stood out to me was the way she engaged with me beyond simply processing my purchase. After I had already paid for my items, she took the time to tell me about the promotion on Slow Mag. Her warm and engaging manner made such a positive impression that I actually decided to purchase it, even though it was not something I had originally intended to buy. It is not every day that you encounter an employee who serves customers with such genuine kindness, dedication and enthusiasm. Moleboheng is a wonderful reflection of what excellent customer service should look like. Please recognise and commend her for the outstanding service she provides. Employees like her make the customer experience truly memorable.
