Exceptional service

Visited Dis-Chem in Canal Walk on 9 Dec 2020 to collect cancer treatment for my sister. After experiencing some initial problems in finding details on the system, another pharmacist by the name of Cathy intervened. She was absolutely fantastic. She called the oncologist to obtain details about the medication, provided additional medication and displayed such empathy. He service was truly exceptional and deserves much praise. I wish all service staff could be like this. Thank you very much Cathy.
