Exceptional customer service

In response to my my complaint about the incident with a Dis-Chem branch, a lovely gentleman by the name of Johnathan responded immediately to the complaint and I was given a refund for the extra money which I had to pay at the hospital pharmacy. This was going the extra mile for the customer and I am grateful for the help. Thank you Jonathan.
