Excellent service - order ***

I tweeted about this, but Dis-Chem online service is so great that I need to share this with other prospective customers.

Dis-Chem really impress me every time. I experienced technical issues when placing my monthly order a few days ago, which resulted in my loyalty points being withdrawn but my order not placed.

The friendly agents called, reinstated my shopping basket items, called again, sent me an Ozow link to finalise payment, and called again when she found that I hadn’t yet completed the payment. The issue was that I don’t use Ozow, as it requires me to punch in my FNB online banking details into a third party website, a security no-no for me. She went the extra mile to send me a PayU link, which I quickly utilised to complete the transaction.

After completing the manual payment, Cresta and Woodlands Boulevard stores then had my order done within the day, and I received correspondence that it was handed to courier and the 2nd portion ready for collection at Woodlands. I have in the past had my orders handled by Krugersdorp, Sandton and Fourways also, and they’ve always been excellent, speedy, and always call to check if they can substitute an item or not if there are stock issues.

The Dis-Chem boxes are also packed impeccably, with items wrapped delicately in clear plastic for handling with care, AND aesthetically pleasing as well. They also pop in sample products into the boxes delivered all the time, which I love. I was introduced to Bioderma Hydrabio Michelle solution this way, which I found to be an excellent product and have continued using it.

Well done Dis-Chem. You are one up on other retailers that I do online orders with. I will always buy from you and recommend all customers to try online with you. The website can be a bit slow and unresponsive, but the service is impeccable.
