Excellent Service from the Manager Dischem Balito Junction Kevin Govender

I was having such a terrible time with Dischem. First I ordered a Humidifier online. 3 Days later I get a email, they out of stock. A refund is done. 3 Days later, my dad goes to Dischem La lucia, the staff that assisted him there sold him a humidifier that does not take essential oils. My dad specifically asked them if the humidifier takes essential oils. They guaranteed him it does. When he returned home, he sees that it doesnt. I phoned headoffice the next day, i was put through to Dischem Balito Junction. Kevin Govender the manager assisted me. He sourced a humidifier that uses the essential oils. He kept me informed during the entire process. My dad told the previous humidifier to the store and exchanged it for the correct one. Kevin showed him how the item worked. My dad was very impressed with the service. Told my dad to always shop at that Dischem. Very well done to the manager of the store.
