Excellent service from Store Manager

On Monday 6 November I visited Dischem at Randridge Mall and spoke to the Manager, Sandro. I explained that I was looking for a certain shoe and size but that all the stores I had contacted were out of stock. He took my details and I thought that would be the last I heard. I received a call from him a day later advising that he had managed to get hold of the shoes and that he would call when they arrived, which he did! What excellent service and also a great big thank you to Sandro for his assistance.
