Excellent Service from Sairita at Dis-Chem Centurion Mall.

I would love to give my compliment to Sairita(Hope iI spelt it correctly) at the Dis-chem in Centurion Mall.I was there to return something and the lovely ladies at the customer services took me to her to do the return.She was so energetic and cheerful,mind you it was around after 4pm,by that time most people are exhausted. She saw that I was preggies and asked me for my loyalty card, as always I tell that I lost it a long time ago and I have been so lazy to do it(true story),I just buy my necessities without swipping my points Card.She told me that I need to do it and as I am a mom to be,Dischem is giving away baby bags full of goodies for the baby,I just have to keep swipping whenever I pay.She took me to the customer service and asked them to help with re-issuing my lost card.She was so full of energy and the warmth I received made me feel so special and emotional after a long day I had. To Dis-chem Management, thank you for having such wonderful staff and thanks for the help I received today on the 18th March 2021 from the Customer service ladies and to Sairita,you are God sent.May God bless you and everything you touch.
