Excellent service from Harold

I was battling to get a response from one of the Dis-Chem stores. I emailed Harold de Jager as his email was on their Facebook page. He apparently no longer works at that branch but went out of the way to connect me with the right people and get my issue resolved. All on a public holiday. Excellent service Harold!
