Excellent Service: Dis-chem, Somerset West Mall

I bought certain goods at the Somerset West Baby City for a substantial amount on 22 March 2022, and wanted to pay with my bsmart card. (Cape Consumers) However, the card was declined for some unknown reason. We agreed that I pay with my credit card, and when the bsmart system is working, the purchase would be rectified and my bank account be credited again.

Today I visited Baby City again, and the system was still not working. After the very helpful manager battled for more than an hour with Cape Consumers without any success, she arranged with Dis-chem in Somerset Mall to do the transfer of the money between my bank account and bsmart

I want to commend Daniel, as well as Estelle for their friendliness and efforts, going the extra mile to assist me. Well done to the two of them!! Dis-Chem could be really proud of them.
