They assist on easy wat up app, they know their medicines and most importantly, they are always friendly, happy and willing to help you, the customer.

They have a wats up line, easy direct communication, their drivers are always friendly, rigged up, fully Covid kitted,

The store - all shelves the items are always stock and correctly packed - there floor staff know where all the items are, they walk you to where the item is, not just giving directions! There is enough floor staff .

Front of House - there is always enough staff at the tellers depending on the day - Good management front end planning! Items on shelves, all have pricing, there is no stock standing in shelves causing blockages!
