I want to express my sincere gratitude to Pinky Msomi, the manager at Dischem Cascades in Pietermaritzburg. I urgently needed some vitamins and toiletries but when I got to the till point, my Dischem Rewards card wouldn’t work—meaning I couldn’t access the discounted prices. Despite it being close to closing time and the store being short-staffed, Pinky went above and beyond. She personally called the call centre and resolved the issue with my card on the spot. Thanks to her quick action and excellent customer service, I was able to save over R400! Thank you, Pinky, for your outstanding support and dedication. Your kindness did not go unnoticed!
