Excellent service

Today i had an appointment with Dischem at Somerset, when i got there they told me they didn't have the immunization injection, dissapointed and angry as i was for not being informed prior to my arrival.

I decided to call their contact centre to find any other dischem near me that had the injection. After 16 minutes of being on hold they told me to go and check in their clinics 🙄

Could my day get any worse🤦♀️ decided to take a drive because i felt i was about to explode with the level of incompetence in one of my favorite stores.

I saw a dischem signage in Satari Fields, never been to that side in my life.

Excellent service i received from the nurse in that store 🥺 i've never been treated like that in mylife.

I left with nothing but a wow.

Thank you Dischem at Satari Fields, i live very far from that area but i am definitely going again.
