EXCELLENT SERVICE

I received fantastic service from Dis-Chem recently. I asked a question on their Facebook page regarding stock availability of their Disney promotion. I received a reply immediately asking me to send my details via Messenger which I did. Within 5 minutes I had a call from my nearest store (La Lucia Mall),Taryn who advised me that stock would be arriving the next day and that she would put the product aside for me. Within 5 minutes of that call I received a messenger message from Dis-Chem Head Office asking if someone had been in touch with me. Over and above this I then got a call from Taryn the next day who advised that the stock had arrived. I was so pleasantly surprised to receive this level of service in this day and age, thank you Dis-Chem. This amazing service builds customer confidence immensely.
