Excellent service

I recently bought some Dischem brand skin care products. Unfortunately they caused a reaction on my skin, and I had to contact the customer care line. Wow, I was so impressed with their prompt and professional response. They requested some information, and refunded me immediately. Prudence, the lady whom assisted me was so kind and professional, and extremely helpful, and in store at Mall of the South when I collected the refund, everything was dealt with efficiently. So nice to receive such excellent service these days!
