Excellent Service

On 3/10/2015 I bought a Sodastream Cylinder from Dis-Chem Woodlands. When opening it on 18/10/2015 I discovered that it had not been filled although the cylinder had been sealed - it was empty.<br> <br> I contacted the branch immediately (on a Sunday) and expected a reply on the Monday if any reply would be given. Within an hour a lady contacted me from customer care and apologized for the incident, she asked for my address and today 19/10/2015 @ 12:20 their driver delivered a filled cylinder with 2 free Sodastream syrups at my home which is 65km from Woodlands.<br> <br> I want to say thank you and well done on great service!!!
