Excellent Service!!!

I bought a perfume gift case a diachem and when I opened it months later it had leaked through the bottle and nothing was left. When I took the still good as new package back a replacement was given to me cause I'd was obvious it had leaked' the cosmetics manager was simply BRILLIANT!!!
