Excellent service

I bought a bath mat from Dischem, and on using it, found that it did not stick to the bath or shower, making it very dangerous. I had already thrown the slip away (I had not expected a bath mat to be faulty), and the item was used, but I decided to see if they would refund me or replace the item anyway. I went to the Westwood branch (not the branch I had bought the item at), where they promptly looked up my purchase history on the computer, confirmed that I had bought the shower mat, and refunded me without question. The whole process only took about 10 minutes, and the staff were very helpful.
