Excellent Personality and Service

Yesterday afternoon I visited Dis-chem @ Maponya Mall. While standing there at the isle minding my business, trying to figure out which supplement to go for, I was greeted by the ever so polite and friendly gentleman named Thato. The conversation went on for what felt like forever. I was educated, advised and lead to make my final choice.

I have had plenty similar encounters with Thato and nothing about his attitude or mannerism changes. I had been to this same branch in the past couple of months and never spotted him. I actually thought he had left. What a loss this would have been for them.

He's either passionate about his job or people..... or both. This makes him such a pleasant young man. I absolutely adore him. Being the hugger that I am, I was so tempted to give him a squeeze yesterday but I thought it would be improper. So I settled for a good old "high-five".

Please RECOGNIZE Thato. He's a GEM.
