I saw an angry complaint about a Dis-Chem outlet in Gauteng and thought I should point out in contrast how Dis-Chem Somermall in the Western Cape stands up:<br> With construction currently underway, the assistants in the beauty section had to point to where eyeliners had been newly positioned, and one lady insisted on directing me there herself. Advice and suggestions then followed, one thing led to another, and guidance on other products that I needed also greatly impressed me. Noting my complexion, skin type, and obvious problem areas, she was thus able to recommend a skincare cream that would be suitable for me - something that I had not even begun to query. With her personal observation and intent on being as helpful as possible, plus her experience and knowledge of the products available, Megan provided complete customer satisfaction ... to THIS one definitely!<br> In departments such as health supplements and OTC items, any assistant has always been helpful, forthcoming, and able to supply totally adequate information on what was being sought or queried.<br> I send kudos to the staff members at Dis-Chem Somermall and also to Dis-Chem Westwood, just as friendly in previous times.
