Excellent Online Service

I have to commend Dis-Chem on their online service. The website is great - easy to use, efficient, and intuitive - great user experience. Just an overall excellent system to use. (Their biggest competitor's website is absolutely **********.) After ordering they keep you updated at every step of your order and they have been super quick with every order I've placed. On a recent order, they didn't have stock of something I had ordered, so they placed an emergency shipment from a Jhb branch and called me to let me know. What most companies don't understand is that customers are so much more understanding of slip-ups when you keep them informed. Amazing all-around experience and service from Dis-Chem online. Highly recommend!
