During the locked down, I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Dischem branches: Glen Marais, Festival Mall & De Wiekus Kempton Park.

I was able to get medication delivered from Glen Marais & De Wiekus. The Pharmacist, Marius Kruger from the Glen Marais branch is always pleasant & helpful. Through the years, his kind assistant is consistent.

I went to exchange an item at the Festival Mall branch on 26 April & I was able to exchange the item.

I went to the Dr Wiekus Dischem on 27 April. Even though I didn't have the receipt, Annemarie at the help desk, happily assisted me to trace the item on my Dischem card. I was able to return the item even though I purchased it the day before from the Festival Mall branch.

When I tried to return a hand sanitizer at Festival Mall Clicks on 26 April, the store manager said that they can't exchange the item & that I must wait for the locked down to be uplifted. According to regulations, he couldn't exchange the item. I wasn't happy with this kind of service.
