Excellent Customer Service

I went to Dischem Newmarket mall after i was referred by Dischem Mall of the South. We were assisted by Luyanda at Newmarket branch. We went there looking for European 2 pin plug. We went there for it and left the shop with a full basket. He went all out by ensuring we have everything that We needed when traveling, i mean travel kit to pour our shower gel into. Since we did not pick up a basket when we entered, he brought us one because we had more than a 2 pin plug.

We couldn’t believe that there are people who still offer such good customer service!
