Excellent Customer service at Dis-Chem Greenstone

I was blown away by Alice in the Greenstone Store, Customer services, who went out of her way, well beyond my expectations to assist me with a blood pressure machine that wasn't working properly. I had no sales slip, but, using my Dis-Chem card, she found and reprinted the sales slip for me, she then had the correct in-store department test it (this lady, whose name I didn't get...) was equally helpful, finding that the batteries were flat. New batteries were inserted, and although she then found it to be working, felt that it should be properly checked by the manufacturer before I took it home. No problem, Alice called Braun, and I left the machine there and went home. Braun sent out a rep and within a few hours Alice called me back to say that the machine was working and I could collect it!!! Thank you, Alice, for making this exercise so very easy for me, the customer!!!
