Excellent customer service!!!

Great customer service is so rare that i thought this deserves 5 stars. I bought a polaroid watch at dischem in middelburg. It did not want to charge so they send it in for repair. It came back and it still was not working. The manager at middelburg branch apologised for the inconvenience and even went the extra mile and collected it at my house since i did not have my vehicle at that time. They send it back to polaroid and 3 days later phoned me and told me i can come and get a new one. The staff was friendly and helpfull from start to finish which is rare especially in retail. I hope their head office sees this review and give them the credit that is due. Thank you to the staff involved you are really one in a million
