Excellent customer service

The customer service we received from a lady by the name of Akeelah (I hope I spell her name right) was absolutely brilliant. She was lustering to our inter-action, asked questions to get more info from us, WOW someone actually listens to what the customer is asking, her advice was out of this world. She ticketed all the boxes for a job well done worthily of being recognize by her peers. She made you smile, listened to what was asked of her, gave a few examples of products & it's uses, & made me laugh, now that don't happen often, but it did & that is why I think she deserve a praise.
