Excellent Customer Service

I’ve been shopping at Northridge mall Dischem for more than three years and every time I buy perfume or cologne, I am always assisted by Thato Matlhole (Cosmetic Consultant) she is the embodiment of excellent customer service. Always willing to go an extra mile in throughly explain colognes to customers and most importantly with a smile. She never gets tired or agitated. She treats me and my partner like family. (I am certain that we are not the only people who feel this way about her) She always insist that she wants happy customers and she ensures that our expectations are met every time. Her consistency is admirable. Yesterday my partner went to buy three colognes ( because of the 25% Sale) for me and because of her customer etiquette, my partner wanted to be serviced by her and her alone because other people in that department are not as friendly and they can learn a thing or two from her. Keep up the good work Thato.
